Present the voucher that you received by email to get the eSIM QR code at SKT roaming center in Airports.
Recognize eSIM QR code in Setting Menu(Cellular data > Add Cellular Plan) in Wi-Fi surrounding.
Only devices that support eSIM with unlocked can be used.
Refunds are impossible in any cases. Please keep in mind before purchase.
Please DO NOT REMOVE Data Plan after scanning the QR code. Removed plan can NEVER be rescanned or reused. In case of trouble, please check troubleshooting below. The eSIM QR code can be scanned up to 10 times.
Once scanned, it can not be scanned with any other devices again.

※ If you purchased an eSIM for 5 days on June 1st and scanned the QR code at 10AM on the 4th, you can use it until 10AM on the 9th.

To use 2 eSIMs continuously, please make sure that the first eSIM is used up and scan the next new eSIM QR code.
Until charging, unlimited data and voice and message receiving are available but outgoing voice and message are not available.
It can be charged within the expiration date, but once it expires, it cannot be charged.
Any unused balance within the expiration date will disappear at the end of the expiration date.
Please make it sure if the phone is unlocked and compatible with Korea eSIM Red Plus before buying it.
1)Check with ‘Add eSIM’ in Settings.
· For iPhone, check [Settings – Cellular – ‘Add eSIM’]
· For Android, check [Settings – Connections – SIM Manager – ‘Add eSIM’]
2) If you enter *#06# in the basic phone app and the eSIM IMEI or EID starting with '89...' appears, eSIM can be installed and used on your phone.

2) Eject any other USIM or set it off.
3) Scan the QR code in Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
4) If you find an existing Profile or VPN(Setting > General), delete it and restart.
5) Go to Settings > Cellular > Select Network, select SKT manually and restart.
6) Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Setting and restart.
7) Contact to SK Telecom technical support team.
